Welcome to the Toronto Central Regional Cancer Program (TCRCP) website for primary care providers, other health care providers, patients and families.

This site provides up-to-date information and resources that span the cancer continuum in the Toronto Central Region including prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, end-of-life care and survivorship.

The TCRCP was created and is funded by Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario). It is a program that works with hospitals, organizations and providers in the Toronto Central Region. The TCRCP is responsible for:

  • implementing provincial standards and programs for cancer care
  • ensuring service providers meet the requirements and targets set out in their partnership agreements with Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario)
  • responding to local cancer issues, coordinating care across local and regional healthcare providers
  • working to continually improve access to care, wait times and quality
